I have spoken at a range of events, including community forums, universities, businesses, correctional facilities, conferences, schools and sporting clubs. I share my personal story with anxiety, depression, drugs and recovery to increase awareness, reduce stigma, create positive change and encourage people to talk about how they’re feeling and to take action to get help.

My school based education workshops aims to reduce the stigma around mental illness and increase awareness, encouraging young people to seek help if they are struggling and to look after their mental health. Using my real life lived experience’s I create a space where young people can be engaged on a range of topics that is crucial to their wellbeing. I also aim to provide education and support for vulnerable young people helping them to stay engaged, or re-engage, with learning.

I’ve spoken to all demographics of young people throughout Australia and understand the importance of recognising, adapting, and delivering the topics that are going to have the greatest impact amongst individual groups.
